Order Terms

By submitting this wholesale order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Kesar Fashion:

4. Returns and Exchanges: Wholesale orders are final and non-returnable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded as per our return policy.

8. Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 3 days of submission, subject to our approval. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
9. Confidentiality: All information provided by Kesar Fashion is confidential and may not be shared with third parties without written consent.
10. Force Majeure: Kesar Fashion is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, labor disputes, or government actions.
11. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Jurisdiction.
